Kelly's Birthday In Paris

For Kelly's birthday this year I surprised her with a trip to Paris. It was a whirlwind trip, we flew in late Friday night and out late Sunday night.

After arriving late and a 2am dinner on the Champs Elysees we got up for an early run on Saturday morning.

Kelly's most favoritest store on the planet.

And the walking and eating began...

Sacre-Coeur

Montmatre

There were musicians playing on the steps in front of Sacre-Coeur. It was a great atmosphere with people relaxing, singing and enjoying the views over the city.

Musee du Louvre

Notre Dame

Tour Eiffel

When it shuts down for the night at 1am it sparkles for a few minutes before turning off.

Lots of flowers around the city markets.

Walking, eating, walking, eating. It was great!

Stopping to see the Arc de Triomphe on our way to the airport on Sunday night.
Here are some random grabs from the past few months:

Sunset coming down from a day of hiking.

We found a new trail for running just west of Galway.

And it comes to a beautiful lake.

Sunshine and snow.

Great cycling outing on a sunny afternoon.

Kelly loves her funky hand warmers from Lyndsey!

James Bond Party.

Same outfit. So embarrassing.

Kelly and her glamorous girlfriends.
Home at Christmas. Unfortunately, I didn't take a lot of photos at Christmas, much too focused on visiting family, friends, skiing, climbing, running, and eating!

Annual ski trip with the boys, -35C touring in Rogers.

Ice climbing with Shoemaker in Canmore

Christmas at the Oldrings in Edmonton.

Had a fan-tas-tic week skiing with Cousin Jordan and JJ Vinet in BC. Ridiculous. Sooooo much White Gold. No skiing photos, too busy.

Winter assault of Lady Mac with SuperStar Cal.
Stop in Houston to see Ryan, Desiree, and Keegan (The ProQuinnskis) on the way home for Christmas.
